ELIGIBILITY: The Texas Roadhouse National Peanut Month Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes) begins on March 25, 2026 and ends on March 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be able to provide valid identification in order to enter and/or claim the prize. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and any parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing products or services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

No purchase is necessary to enter. TEXAS ROADHOUSE VIP CLUB: When filling out the entry form, you will be given the option of joining the Texas Roadhouse VIP Club (the “VIP Club”). Joining the VIP Club is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning.
You will also have the option of checking a box to receive promotional emails from Texas Roadhouse and another box to receive promotional SMS texts from Texas Roadhouse. Checking these boxes is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning. By checking the box to receive emails, you expressly consent to receive marketing emails from Texas Roadhouse. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails. By checking the box to receive SMS texts, you are giving your express written consent to receive marketing texts from Texas Roadhouse. Message and data rates apply. PRIVACY: Your participation in the Sweepstakes and all information provided by you is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which is found at https://texasrdhouse.com/privacy-policy.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON: Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) entry per person. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
PRIZE and DRAWING: On April 1, 2026 at 12PM EST, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all of the applicants submitted during the Promotional Period.
The winner will receive a Texas Roadhouse gift box containing one (1) each of the following:
- Peanut Plushie
- Peanut Blanket
- Peanut Brittle
- Peanut Pop-Up
- Pair of Peanut Socks
- $100 Texas Roadhouse Gift Card
(collectively, the “Prize). The total fair market value of the Prize is $166.85. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by electronic mail, social media, or phone number, as determined solely by Sponsor. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or is disqualified, an alternative winner may be selected. At Sponsor’s discretion, the winner may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a different prize of equal or greater value.
NO WARRANTY: Prize is awarded “AS IS”. Sponsor makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or Prize. Prize consists only of the items listed, is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on Prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of the Prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Sponsor. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
