ELIGIBILITY: The Rib Fest Dodge Ram Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins June 24, 2026 at 8:00am ET and ends on July 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Texas Roadhouse Holdings LLC (“Texas Roadhouse”), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Texas Roadhouse Affiliates”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment, or its members, employees and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

TEXAS ROADHOUSE VIP CLUB: When filling out the entry form, you will be given the option of joining the Texas Roadhouse VIP Club (the “VIP Club”). Joining the VIP Club is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning.
You will have the option of checking a box to receive promotional emails from Texas Roadhouse another box to receive promotional SMS texts from Texas Roadhouse. Checking these boxes is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning. By checking the box to receive emails, you expressly consent to receiving marketing emails from Texas Roadhouse. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails. By checking the box to receive SMS texts, you are giving your express written consent to receive marketing texts from Texas Roadhouse. Message and data rates apply. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON: Entries are limited to one (1) per person. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Texas Roadhouse shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and confirmed text entries, and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Texas Roadhouse.
DRAWING: A winner will be selected by random electronic drawing on or about July 30, 2026. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZE: Winner will receive a 2026 Dodge Ram America 250 (Base Model featuring standard equipment) (the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $65,000.
Prize must be redeemed within three (3) months from Promotion Period (no later than October 31, 2026) and is not transferrable. Prize consists only of the item listed and is non-transferable. ARV is as of date of drafting these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification/award, if any, will not be awarded.
Once a Winner is selected, Texas Roadhouse will purchase Prize from Stellantis N.V., subject to the terms set forth herein. Winner must take delivery of Prize from the Dodge automobile dealership designated by Stellantis N.V.. Stellantis N.V. shall use its best efforts, however, to select a dealership that is close to Winner’s primary residence. Prize will be available with standard equipment for the 2026 Dodge Ram America 250 (available in red, white, or blue paint color, as designated by Stellantis N.V.; any upgrades and options, including, but not limited to, additional feature, or any trim level above the Base Model are at the sole expense of Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics are subject to availability. Texas Roadhouse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require the winner to select Prize from available dealer stock. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to Prize after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. Winner will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the collection and use of Prize, including but not limited to, optional equipment, freight and dealer prep, title, license, insurance, registration fees, applicable taxes and any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting Prize. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of Winner. Winner must personally retrieve Prize within 30 days of written notification of delivery. Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license from his or her State or place of residence in the United States and proof of insurance to take delivery of Prize; noncompliance may result in forfeiture of prize.
NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by mail, electronic mail, or phone number, as determined solely by Texas Roadhouse. Winner will be issued a 1099 Tax Form for the retail value of the prize. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively "Prize Claim Documents"). If Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is disqualified or refuses to sign the Prize Claim Documents, Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. At Texas Roadhouse’s sole discretion, Winner may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim Prize. Any unclaimed Prize will not be awarded, except in Texas Roadhouse’s sole discretion.
NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY: Except as otherwise provided by Dodge and/or Stellantis N.V., Prize is awarded “AS IS”. Texas Roadhouse makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize consists only of the item listed, is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Texas Roadhouse’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on Prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
USE OF NAME, IMAGE, OR LIKENESS: Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by entering Sweepstakes and accepting Prize, Winner grants Texas Roadhouse and Stellantis N.V. full rights to use Winner’s name, image, likeness, and voice in all forms of media whatsoever in any commercial marketing and promotional materials, including, but not limited to, use on social media.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Texas Roadhouse and Texas Roadhouse Affiliates are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Texas Roadhouse’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Texas Roadhouse and the Texas Roadhouse Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of Prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Texas Roadhouse; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Texas Roadhouse. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. TEXAS ROADHOUSE, THE TEXAS ROADHOUSE AFFILIATES, AND THEIR AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Texas Roadhouse on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Texas Roadhouse reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Texas Roadhouse, in its sole discretion. Texas Roadhouse reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. TEXAS ROADHOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
NO AFFILIATION WITH STELLANTIS N.V.: The Sweepstakes is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with Stellantis N.V. Entrants are providing their information to Texas Roadhouse and not to Stellantis N.V., except as is necessary to complete the manufacture and delivery of Prize.
